I am a customer of Banggood.com since late 2012 with over 200 orders (mostly R/C toys, smart devices but also tools). Their prices are among the best available online – most items are sent via free shipping methods – and the dispatch times are quick (usually 1 or 2 business days). If a product is defective or malfunctioning after receiving it – assuming it is not the user who damaged it – one has only to make a simple video demonstrating the problem and sending it to customer care; Banggood stuff will provide a solution and if it is indeed not working, in most cases will send a new one for free (this is also true for R/C products who – by their nature – are prone to damages).
I am still buying from them and will continue to do so while they maintain that excellent customer care.
