This is the best online Shop from china. My orders counter is over 100 orders. I got all orders and if I had a quality problem with a item, so I contact the customers support from banggood. The customer service is very accommodating. If an order is not good, so you get a replacement.

I have been purchasing from BangGood now for about 10 months. I first tried BG because I could not believe the price for the items and free shipping option on most products. I was not sure what to make of BG in the beginning but they have proved themselves of excellent service. I was pleasantly surprise to find the products are of good quality and its hard to find any sites that can beat their price. I have not had any issues with my orders until just lately but the customer service is unbelievably fair and reasonable. The experience has made me feel very comfortable, I actually make bigger order and more often because no matter what, I know I will be satisfied.
I would recommend BangGood to anyone, but don’t take my word for it. Buy something small and experience it for yourself.
I ordered an upgrade for a rc helicopter.
Unfortunately-component had some flaws and I could not use it.
The Banggood assistance boys have asked me some pictures and video to understand what the problem was and they returned immediately what I had paid me.
I bought other things from them and I highly recommend them.

I am from Lithuania, EC. I placed 36 orders since Jan 2016 and bought from Bangood more than 60 various items. In the past I bought from e-bay only because I afraid to order from CN directly. Now I have an experience and know that Bangood is good and reliable company and you can trust them. Two times only I have small problems with my orders- one item was out of stock and the second item arrived damaged. After short communication with Bangood customer service we solved the problem – I refused cash back because I needed items ordered and they resend both items per two weeks. I hope it is more than O.K. only you must have patience. Shipping service B2C is working very well however direct shipping from CN is not short –about 5 weeks. But it is free! You have very big variety of items offered, good quality analogs of well-known brands but sometimes for very special price. And goods quality is not bad, better than I expected. They are very competitive cost wise, but most surprisingly, have satisfied this consumer with respect to solving lemon issues. As with some products, there may be a bad one in the bunch.
