A company with a great and comprehensive range of products.
Not expensive and with a great service if anything goes wrong.
Pretty quick transport around the world but the packaging of products could be a little better and safer( use some more material to protect the item).
Customer service is great so I experienced after a broke down product, it was replaced without any problem on trust-base.
China and Holland are on two sides of the world so BG could not check the status of my complaint and send a new one, comps for BG!
But I will keep buying my tthings there because it is cheaper than around here and everything is on one site…..

I bought a phone case from Banggood and it scratched very easily. I explained the problem to Soey at customer service and support and she is sending me a new case. The service is very helpful and they aim to make sure their customers are happy. I will be using this site again especially knowing that I have a support team to help me in anything I may need.
I have ordered from Banggood for 3 years now. Of the dozens of orders I placed, I’ve had one lost shipment and one shipment with the wrong items. Both times their customer service were excellent and clearly placed the customer first to resolve the issue. Sometimes shipping can take a few weeks so I wouldn’t use them for any urgent items. But, they have some of the best prices, free shipping, and a great selection of hobby items.
