I ordered an aquarium led bar. When i received it it was broken. I ordered before led bars and they were delivered in good shape, packed in a tube.
I contacted customer service Banggood.
They said sorry to hear that the aquarium bar in my order was broken and asked to send them a video/photo of the problem to know the problem clearly and offer the best solution for me. They arranged a replacement for my order.
After 10(!) days i received a brand new aquarium led bar!

Their customer service is excellent. I have ordered several items from them and all have arrived as depicted on the site. In my last order I ordered some accessories for my quad copter. The packaged appeared to have been opened and was missing two batteries. I contacted Banggood and they asked me to sent a Picture of the items I had and the packaging. I sent them what I had available. They emmidiaetly sent two replacement batteries. For their excellent response to my problem they have gained a loyal costomer.
