The product was not as accurate as I expected.
Nevertheless, customer service very quickly replied my claim, and offered a compensation.

Having 120+ orders from Banggood must mean something – I’m happy with the service. If something is not right, just sent them an email and promptly they answer and offer to solve the problem. Even if the goods received are not right or wrong, sure to get it sorted in no time.
The prices are of the best I’ve seen and the products – at least all that I’ve purchased – are of great quality, sometimes surpassing more expensive ones.
The shipping times could be less, but no complain about the free shipping. One of, if not the, best online store for a lot of products.
