I purchased a small drone and couple of accessories for it.
There were couple of issues with the order.
The drone was out of stock and had to be back ordered during the chinese new year. The accessories never made it to my mail box.
But Banggood provided good customer service and resolved the issue.
For the backed order drone, they gave me several options to resolve and at the end, they located the drone, shipped and provided tracking info.
For the accessories, it never reached my mailbox, but after the expected shipment period expired, i contacted them for help. They replied quickly and at the end gave me a refund.

I got one issue out of the many things I bought, and customer service was great and willing to help.
I have bought several items from this merchant and am very happy with everything that I have purchased. Had a few hick-ups but I am very impressed with their ability and willingness to correct things and really step it up not matter what the issue. I would defiantly recommend buy for this merchant.
