I reported a quality issue with the product I received in their comments section of the product, and Banggood contacted with to get more details on my problem. When it was obvious it was something that could not be fixed, they offered a replacement part at no cost to me, which I accepted. I have bought many items from them and rarely had any issues. But when you do, Banggood customer supports steps in to help you out. I don’t know many online retailers which offer that level of service.
