Fantastic Customer Service
I was a bit weary when my postal code could not be found for express shipping. I was contacted and settled on normal shipping and refunded the express shipping without issue. When my parcel hadn’t arrived after the recommended wait time I contacted customer support. The response was extremely fast for today’s standards. Detailed information with the response let me locate and receive my package that day.

Been using Banggood for a long time and it’s always worked out very well. Recently I got a faulty product but Banggood handled it swiftly and sent me a new one.
I am using Banggood since more than a year now. Prices are similar to the most popular auction site or other stores, but reliability is the key for me.
First important thing is all products can be reviewed and there is no censorship. There might be some badly designed products anywhere, but with banggod you are on the safe side by checking the reviews.
I had like 60 orders and only had 1 quality issue and very few lost items in transport which had no tracking, but customer service always replied within 24 hours and offered solution. To ask for tracking number is just appr. 1-2 dollars extra, not like anywhere else free shipping but trackng number +10usd.

Good place to buy electronic gadgets due to low price and mostly better price than eBay. Customer service always responded back should there be any complains / defective product. delivery to Singapore takes 3 weeks in average
