I’ve only been using Banggood for a couple months but so far they are great. They always respond to questions about products and they take the time to read every review. Most companies make you fight with them to get a refund but Banggood has offered me money back even when I didn’t ask for it simply because my review stated I wasn’t very happy with a product. Best of all, the prices can’t be beat!
I have ordered multiple items from banggood the last couple of months. Almost every order is sent and delivered pretty fast. If there are problems, banggood service is very competent and quick in their responses.

I’m fascinated by Banggood. I ordered nice tablet and it cames really fast. However, I had a little problem with buttons (they didn’t work correctly) but service customer (Tony) helped me to solve this problem. Thank for the nice tablet and for the nice service!

I have been buying from Banggood for some years now, and have mostly found the products exceeding expectations. One or two little things have been a let down, but only because the quality of the vast majority of products i have bought from them has been so good.
The prices make one thing that these things are ‘too good to be true’, but in Banggood’s case…it really IS true!
In the two or three incidences where a product either did not arrive, or arrived damaged, the customer service agents have always been super helpful and either arranged a replacement sent, or a account credit. I have never been let down by the excellent after sales support. They have even done credits for me when i have written a review when not happy with the quality of littlest, cheapest things.
That’s why i keep going back…time and time again. I have monthly packages that arrive from banggood…and i always look forward to the next one knowing that even if i am ‘let down’, i’m really not.
Finally got the shoes I ordered and I am very satisfied with them!
I even recommended in my group and all agreed that the shoes are very cute.
One woman wanted to order shoes at the 41 size, but said the biggest size is 40!!!

BangGood good site. support team on top. The site is a long time to parcels incidents are rare, and more often by mail fault, but the presence of the goods to be specified before ordering. Website recommend.
