I have purchased from Banggood for several years…mostly RC heli parts. Until recently, I had never had a problem with a product they sold me. A few months ago I received a defective LiPo battery. I contacted customer support and a replacement was provided without having to return ship the defective one. This experience confirms my satisfaction with Banggood as a quality retailer.

It was an inexpensive item that got lost in the mail. I thought that I’d have to write it off but with nothing more than my word I got a refund. I’ll use that on my next order.
At Xmas time I ordered the item still it has arrived within the said period of time. The item looked great. Unfortunately one part of it got broken (probably my fault).
I called Customer Serviceand they solved the situation by sending me an identical item for free! I really appreciate the kind gesture and I’m positively will buy goods from Banggood.
This review might seem as unreal BUT IT IS A REAL STORY!!!

I have been buying from banggood.com for quite some time now. Apart from the very good prices they offer, the best part is their customer service. They’re always willing to help and find a good resolution.
The assortment of merchandise and products is very good, and the website is user-friendly with a _very_ good search engine. Items are properly categorized which makes it easy to navigate and browse for products when you aren’t entirely sure what to search for. Their product review system is also very good, and they don’t seem to be filtering away “bad” reviews at all (all reviews are published).
More importantly, it seems like the purchasing managers are actively making sure they only provide one brand of any item that is already produced by different manufacturers. This way you can be pretty sure the quality of the items is consistent and don’t have to worry about which one to buy when you see several similar ones offered (like on other webshops).
The customer support is super efficient, and they are always eager to resolve issues without any hassle. There are _never_ automatic replies from bots, and you’re always provided with direct contact to a real human being.
Highly recommended.
I should mention my buying experience from Banggood. I bought a tablet but device got stuck ten days later.
Though I proposed Banggood to send them device for fixing, Tony from customer service team offered replacement with a new one, paying also the half shipping fee from my side needed. They refunded me and shipped out the new tablet immediately just after they got tracking number from me, without expecting to receive defective item previously. Such after sale support I do not find in my country either.
I did not expect such kind, responsible and professional behaviour. Undoubtedly I will buy from them again. Thanks a lot.

Je suis à plus de 35 commandes chez Banggood. Le service après-vente répond rapidement et avec efficacité en cas de souci. Par ailleurs les prix sont vraiment attractifs. Il faut juste être patient pour la réception des produits (3 semaines environ pour la livraison gratuite de base).
Je recommande fortement ce site de vente.
