I can say that banggood it’s a very great site for shopping online because they have pretty good prices but more important they have a great customer service that response you asap,unfortunately there appear from time to time shipping problems but not from their fault,and they help you asap with these problems,I know these because it has happened to me ad they resended the package so thx banggood for your care about your clients.
I think people must know that Banggood has one of the best after-sale service I ever met.
– they answer fast to any question you can ask them (within 24h)
– they do all they can to help you understanding their products when the language fence avoid it
Since I became a customer, I ordered approximately 30-40 times and they never forget one item ! I received one time an item without the normaly “supplyed with” wires (in the package), I contacted the customer service and 48h later they had re sent me the missing pieces !!!
Today I take time to share my opinion and say to other customers who are maybe still hesitating that they have to trust the quality of services, as said in their name, Banggood are good !

Banggood is a good online store, with good prices and excellent quality. Unfortunately i have to wait, always, 20 or 30 days because i am in Italy but it is not the fault of Banggood but the Italian customs. Banggood, in any case, is my favorite site for the electronic equipment purchases.
I am very satisfied with Banggood. I’ve been a customer for a few years and never had a problem that Banggood Customer Service didn’t resolve to my satisfaction. I only wish that orders were shipped quicker than they currently are.
