Banggood has good prices and excellent cusomer service. items are usually priced well below north american retail prices. on the few occasions that I have had problems, cusomer service has been excellent. Shipping from china can be slow, but this is not banggoods fault, its geography. Plan your purchase with some lead time, and be patient.
I appreciate this online sales site. I find interesting and innovative products at reasonable prices.
Order taking and tracking orders are very practical.
Transportation costs are very interesting and the announced deadlines are generally respected.
The few times I had problems, they were fixed quickly.

The price are sheapest for most of their product and the after sale service is damn good.

Leur site est clair et bien présenté. Quant au SAV c’est incomparable avec ce qu’on connaît en France, réponse dans les 2 jours qui suivent, pas de contestation des réclamations, solutions apportée à tous les incidents à ce jour.
