I have used Banggood over 45 times over the past year. Every order arrived within 2-3 weeks as expected. They do a great job or updating item details with real world findings and technical information which is so useful!. You will be hard pushed to find many items cheaper. There return policy is very clear and fair and you get a response from a real person very quickly. The user feedback pictures, videos and reviews allow you to really understand what you are buying before you place an order, and you really feel well supported. Many UK companies could learn allot from this model.

Estoy comprando en banggood hace ya mas de un año,la primera vez con algo de cautela,pero despues de muchisimos pedidos,confio en bangood,por su seriedad ,atencion con el cliente,servicio,precio y muchos articulos.
Unico inconveniente es a veces el envio,cuando es navidad ,en España suelen acumularse en la oficina postal miles de paquetes provinientes de todas partes del mundo,se colapsa la oficina de correos y algunas veces tarda mucho en llegar el envio o sencillamente se pierde y nunca llega,esto me ha pasado 3 veces,y banggood me a vuelto a mandar los articulos.
Por ese servicio y entraga es la pagina en la que estoy comprando y en la que comprare,

i can not see why people have write bad review about banggood everthing was done in a timely mattewr,i do 90% of my shopping online and they are 1 of the best out there,the only thing bad is the shipping time , but they have nothing to do with that
I have placed 3 orders with Banggood, two were problematical due to confused communication on sizing. The third was a total success. Their responses to problems and attempts to find a solution have been 1st class. Despite the problems, I would still deal with them.
Is since about more than 2 years my favorite chinese shop, where I already made more than 150 orders. Better prices as tmart, dx and the others. And a super service that I never expected from a Chinese shop.
