It has been less than a year I started shopping from Banggood and I was very pleased with the prices and shipping of the products. Then I left a negative review for some faulty batteries and Ellie from customer service came back and offered a refund right away. All I can say is that I will keep buying from Banggood.
Package did not arrive, direct resend
I ordered a package which did not arrive, i don’t know who to blame here because i have not bought the additional tracking option, but when contacting the support they immediately offered to resend it, and it arrived in relatively short time (<2 weeks to germany). Great Support.

The shipping and delivery of the v988 helicopter that I ordered was fast. Unfortunately the tail motor had issue. It was a bit dissapointed but Banggood’s customer service was quick to resolve the issue. All is good and will definitely buy from them again.
I love Banggood, great stuff, good prices, and excelent customer service. I have very good experiences in the past. When the item arrived is not ok, they do their best to make things right, A+, will buy again.
BangGood offers the best prices I could find on all sorts of electronic goods (amongst other items). Delivery from China was also surprisingly fast.
I purchased a tablet which unfortunately had a battery problem (clearly not BangGoods fault). Their customer service is fantastic however, and after receiving prompt, helpful responses to my enquiries the issue has been resolved.

My Tablet has a defective, but the costumer service are the best. They answer my questions very quickly and solve the problema easily. They send me a new Tablet and pay half o the return fees. RECOMENDED!
