J’avais 3 éléments défectueux la reception de mon colis. Après en avoir donné la preuve photo et vidéo, les 3 m’ont été renvoyé. Un élément n’était pas en stock ce qui a retardé l’envois, mais du coup 100 points de dédommagement m’ont été versé sur mon compte banggood sans que je ne demande quoi que ce soit.
Ho avuto problemi con del materiale, ma bangood prima lo ha sostituito, ma il problema persisteva e poi mi ha rimborsato. OTTIMA assistenza e sempre pronti e veloci nelle risposte, COMPLIMENTI!!

Banggood is one of the best e-shops i have ever bought something from. I bought more than 20 products and im very satisfied. The delivery time is reasonable. At my last order i recieved damage part(maybe because of the shipment). But banggood customer survice was kind enough to replace it with a new one. 10/10 My favorite e-shop.
