I had bought an brushless gimbal. After 4 months, it has been broken. I have mailed BangGood, and they have sent me a replacement controller board for free!
I’ve bought several rc hobby products from banggood and I’m really pleased with the way my orders are handled. Shipping is cheap and fast. Most of the times (registered) shipping to the Netherlands takes only 6-7 days.
The only time I had to contact the customer service, because of a defective product, I got quick response and I was offered a replacement part right away.
I really like their product range and service and will definitely buy more from them!
