I had an issue with a product which arrived rong and I contacted to customer service, they offered me a refund or a new product without any problems, the only thing I had to do was to send them back a picture or a video explaining what was wrong. Once, I did that, they re-send me the products without any extra cost.

The incorrect item was sent. I send an email to their customer service with photos of the item send, invoice, and shipping label. After customer service reviewed my claim, they fully refunded my purchase price.
I have done a lot of purchasing for few years. I purchased items from all kinds. I ordered the BLF A6 Non Anodized flashlight with some spare 24mm O rings and the 18350 adapter and received my shipment for Banggood in China in 6 days which 6-9 days is always the norm.
I am able to track my packages easily from Banggoods site quit unlike the order I placed with Gearbest nearly 30 days ago where I ordered two lights and only one has showed up so far and that took 17 days and GearBests customer service seems to not exist unlike Banggood.
When I have had an issue with something faulty with my purchase a simple email to Banggood and pictures if possible and they will go out of there way to make sure I am completely satisfied and I have to say sometimes to the point of ridiculous, like with this Non Ano light I had a bad switch and I knew if was only a switch but Banggood would have sent me a completely new light if I hadn’t insisted that I only needed a switch so that’s what their sending.
I will not buy from anyone else especially GearBest/GearWorst for sure.
Banggood is just incredible and being I am a member of the BLF community if your familiar with flashlights I am always so happy to know that our members flashlight designs are sold exclusively by Banggood and only Banggood and there is a reason for that and funny it used to be GearBest, I wonder what happened.

Wow! This is a clone? The quality is excellent, the carbon is high grade and the cut is clean. I have to say the metal is the same and second to none. It is exactly as advertised and more when I took it out for a test flight. I have 8 helicopters, all cost more than the ALZRC 380 and I would rate it at the top of my collection. My only issue was the canopy arrived with a paint chip. I notify Bangood customer service and they are sending me a new one. Like the heli, the customer service is excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this heli to anyone. Thanks BG!
