I order a lot on BG and also this time I order 4 Black Widow motors.
As usual I inspect the order and everything look wel. I always let my motors run in for while and dit it this time to. 1 motor react a bit strange and the moment I turn the rpm button it start smoking……
So the quality check from Black Widow is not 100%, but hey what is 100% in this live?
I report it to the customer service with a movie and they start direct a warranty procedure, few days later I get the message a new motor is order and wil send asap to me.
What else you want from a supplier ?
BG is for me number 1.

I’ve done a lot of shopping in Banggood.com, the products always arrived in perfect condition and fast! One of the products had a defect and it was replaced for a new one! Perfect customer service team!

Service including returns/refunds is very good. Shipping times vary widely but tracking used does allow following parcels. Photo’s in site descriptions are a big help with ordering items not at hand to examine.
First Purchase was a little radio and it came promptly (Free) and is a gem. Cool lookning and works well. It came with |Chinese instructions but I emailed for English which was sent same day. I would recommend this firm for a huge range of electronics.

I ordered several products, for the most of them everything was fine.
But one order was lost by the postal service and the customer service of banggood was excellent, they refunded me. They were very helpful, they replied very quickly each time.

I ordered a bag, which Royal Mail were to deliver… they said they left in safe place? NO card was through letterbox and they couldn’t tell me where the “safe place” was! after several days of ME phoning them this still wasn’t resolved!!!
I contacted customer service at Banggood within hours Levee had responded and resolved the issues and left me one very happy customer. its fortunate that this team are so efficient. i will defo order from them again and also will recommend to all my friends 🙂
