As usual i have great satisfaction when buying off Banggood. When item did not arrive i contacted customer services and was offered my money back or replacement and as i have great faith in them had replacement which arrived within 2 weeks. Thanks ver much Banggood will be buying from you again.

Once again I bought on Banggood.com.
I bought EKEN H9 Sports Action, and there was a problem. The screen was scratched. I wrote a complaint.
Very quickly I got a reply from the site. They offered to exchange for a new camera or reimbursement bonus of $ 25.
I chose a bonus and within 48 hours I received $ 25. on my account!
You have a problem? A product is broken or doesn’t work? They solve it!
You really feel that they want you to be satisfied and that’s the most important things!
