I ordered some parts for the rc helicopter back in December 24, 2015 and received the package this January. one of the item have some missing cables/connectors. After informing service about the missing cable and telling them that i can make the cables myself, they offered to refund me the cost of parts for making the cables. What else can i say. Good quality products plus a great support = great shopping experience. I will always do my shopping with BANGGOOD.
More than 96 completed pucrhases from banggood till now. I am into RC hobby, and had i had to choose just one online shop for the hobby, that would be banggood.com. In the rare (only twice) occasions where something was wrong banggood service was prompt and solved the problem in the best way. That is something to take seriously in account when you purchase goods via internet. Also never have lost a parcel from them, registered or not. Free shipping on the vast majority of the items is unbeatable, and makes a huge difference over time. I hope they continue to provide the same level of services in the future too.
Banggood products and customer service are excellent. The only factor I dislike is the shipping time. The products take about a month to arrive. It’s free shipping after all. Good selection of quality products

I ofder many times no problem. I recently order jiyi p2pro. It does not work as advertised and most email to jiyi go unanswered. Banggood tells me go to jiyi site. Or tells me I don’t know how to use it. Nearly 2 months later I still have a flihht control that doesnt work. I feel banggood does not care for loyal customers. I only want what was advertised.
I order every month and things are good until I purchased jiyi p2pro. After many emails I finally get all software from jiyi but product does not work. The ground station is a joke. $185 and after numerous emails and pics im told that I don’t lnow how to use it and get the run around. Be cautious. I dont think banggood cares to keep loyal customer.
