The quality of products is almost alwaays better than expected for the price.
Returns and quality issues are always resolved in a very satisfactory way.

Banggood is really listenning to the needs of their customers, you may have some defect sometimes, which is understandable when you have a lot of stock, but they answer very fast and give a replacement “quickly” for a china based company

Bon service apres vente pour imax b6 lipo charger. L’appareil est tombe partiellement en panne,plus d’alimentation en 220v. En 2 mails, un nouvel appareil va être envoyé.
Die bestellte Ware war leider nach 10 Wochen nicht bei mir eingetroffen sondern muss irgendwo auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen sein.
Der Banggood Service hat den Kaufpreis nach meiner Verlustmeldung problemlos zurückerstattet.
Die Lieferung war also leider nicht gut – es ist aber nicht die Schuld von Banggood – dafür ist der Kundenservice wirklich sehr gut. Ich werde gern weiter bein Banggood einkaufen.
I’ve been buying from Banggood for about 2 years. Overall they are good to deal with. So far whenever I have had an issue, they have taken care of it. It can take several days for someone to respond, but they always do. I have come to expect a time delay when dealing with Chinese companies. I anticipate long shipping times and some minor delays in communication. Overall though, Banggood does a good job, has solid products, fair prices and good customer service.
