I am writing to review Banggood’s customer service. I purchased a Pipo P9 tablet from Banggood. After receiving the tablet, I experienced a problem using the TF card slot. The folks at Banggood were very helpful and wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase. The problem with my tablet turned out to be with the way I was inserting my micro SD card into the slot and not with a defective product. The customer service staff at Banggood worked with me until my problem was resolved and I was a satisfied customer.

I buy a lot by Banggood and this goes always good, this time (round X-mas) it goes wrong for the first time, the package was not delivered. Customer Service did send me direct the money back, totaly no problem, they where very nice and understood it direct, super service !!
