I have dealt with many Chinese based online shopping sites and Banggood is by far one of the best I’ve ever come across!
Postage: between 1-3 weeks via regular post generally 1.5 weeks on average.
Customer Service: Unbelievably good, speaks good English, always looking to resolve problems, offers refund or replacement on DOA goods. Offers to pay for half of return postage on more expensive items which need to be sent back.
Products: Wide variety, always true to photos and descriptions, acceptable level of quality control
Price: some small items maybe $1-$2 more expensive then competition but the level of customer service and speed of postage is well worth it!

Purchased a Hisky HCP 100s Banggood service was awesome! Heli arrived in 7 days to USA.. The heli had a small issue with binding to my DSM2 RX. I sent Banggood’s customer service a video of problem, and within a week I had a replacement 100s to my door. I am a total satisfied customer.
Good value products and excellent customer service. Refunded a faulty Heli motor. Slow delivery times, but It’s a long way from China to UK. Worth the wait if youre not in a hurry.
