I had a problem with a product I ordered (it did not work properly), but the staff from customer service (Ivy! – I saw other great reviews of you here, thumbs up!) was really helpful and I got a replacement without any further problems.
I made lots of orders from this site and very satisfied with the customer care. They have good prices so I keep on ordering the gadgets.
They also have discounts and ‘snapup’ to win items at low prices if you are fast.
It happened that some of the good were faulty, not too often, but when I wrote about ti to their customer care and sent details/pictures/videos of the faulty product they sent replacement soon without arguing.
I think this is the most important as I had bad experience with some other sellers from ebay/ali even if they have lower prices sometimes they don’t want to compensate if something is DOA.
Also there is a community there in forums and reviews on the product page from where we can share our customer experiences, extra infos about the products.
Of course shipping is free for most cases.
They know how to send packages an almost 100% arrived.
I’ve never had better customer service than I have had here. I had an item that didn’t work and had gotten a fast refund. Same as for a lost item I had. I’m very satisfied with the products I’ve purchased. Prices are great! I do all my shopping here.
Have been order for different goods on banggood and there services are okay. I made a complaints on two orders not received and customer services attend to the query fast and they promised to resend the order. Banggood customer service team are excellent

After a lot of different order, everything is finally great ! in general all products arrive in good conditions, quality is ok especially for the price and the customers service is a must ! Overall it was good.
I have order 4 items. 3 items arrived to Germany within 15 days. One of the item was lost (I never received it) but good thing is I received the money equivalent to the item price back. I requested to refund the money on 10th January 2016 and it was refunded on 11th January 2016. I found their customer service really helpful and fast.
I had a problem with a product bandGood and I resolved very well and quickly.
