I have been purchasing item from this store since April 2015 with more that 30 orders broken into many shipments and I have been delighted with the delivery service they provide. In that time I have had several items that needed to be referred back to the store after delivery and they have been prompt in their response in sorting out whatever the problem is and providing a satisfactory resolution. I have never had a request for assistance ignored and have been satisfied with the service I have received and the packaging used to send items. Very happy with my experience.

Great communication, I had some questions / requests about my order and customer service was all the time supporting me. Shipping was done as soon as the stock was there and timing parcel took to arrive was perfect. items were exactly what I expected.

I do quite a bit of RC stuff, and this store was recommended to me by guys at the club. This little heli I bought flies well. One of the 2 batteries that came with it didn’t work, but Banggood customer support were very good about following up with me and dealing with that. I’m in Canada, so things take a while to come from China, but I’d definitely shop with Banggood again. In fact I already have a couple more orders in.
