I have been buying electronic stuff from Banggood for about a year now. I have been very impressed by their quick responses to my email inqueries and issue reporting. At one time, I was sent a wrong product and after several email exchanges, they offered me a generous resolution to the issue. I would like to say BB customer service is the best. I had one package was not delivered as expected. the customer service was very helpful when I contacted them by email. They declared the packaged was lost by the mail system and offered to resend a new replacement which they did. I received it within one month.
Transmitter and spare receiver board was not working. Communication from BG was good and they gave me options to correct the problem. Fixed the transmitter locally, Bangood paid for the repair. The receiver board was too small to fix, so I was refunded within 72hours. Very happy with the after sales service.
The professional approach of the seller, good contact, I am very happy and you can safely recommend the seller to make future interests 🙂

I made a purchase of 6 pieces and 2 left during transport.
I contacted Banggood who promptly solved the problem by sending me two new parts.
After about 200 purchases Banggood is the 3rd time there is a problem of this kind and has always been resolved without problem.
