The tablet I ordered arrived defective. I contacted CS and had Tony as correspondent in a long exchange of emails. I’m very satisfied with the process and the results. Never did I feel “pushed around” nor did I have to raise the voice.We discussed RMA, cost of shipping and finally agreed on a credit…all in a very respectful manner.

Over the last 3 years I ordered a lot of toys (RC helicopters and quadscopters) and electronics parts (e.g. components like ESP8266 modules) from Banggood and I was never disappointed. The very few problems I had with defective parts were promptly handled by the excellent customer service. Highly recommended online shop.
Product range and prices are excellent. Quick and helpful response to query about expected shipping time. Useful to know that items can take a month to arrive but are extremely well packed and worth waiting for.
Banggood is a nice website with very good price for quadcopter parts. Even if the price are low, when i had not sufficent products the item was refunded.
A partially broken antenna, a lipo battery that was 1000mah instead of the 1500 declared both refunded. So i trust them , i will buy again.
Often shipment takes a little longer than declared, but i like them anyway
Banggood is a very honest seller. The tablet I purchased would not power on. Banggood asked for a video of the problem. Then asked to try to have tablet repaired locally and they would reimburse cost but local shops don’t repair tablets. So Banggood asked me to return the tablet. They refunded my purchase price and the return shipping charges.
The entire process was a bit slow but don’t worry as Banggood will insure that the buyer is made whole if anything goes wrong. I would buy from them again.
