I ordered a tool set which they send with a free tracking number. The parcel was returned by the Dutch Post due to a damaged address label. After contacting BanGood the offered me a full refund. Good job BangGood service department!!

I bought various helicopters from Banggood. Recently the battery of my Walkera V450 swell after a month of use. Banggood immediately offered to ship a replacement item.
Over Christmas, they refunded an order they could not ship. The monies were back on my paypal account the next day!
