When I first heard of banggood I was hesitant to buy from there because everyone said it takes a month or longer to receive orders. My first order came within 9 days and the other 10 orders after that came even faster. Now banggood is the only place I order from and their customer service is the best. They are quick to right any wrongs with no problems.

I’m very satisfied with Banggood customer service. I’ve contacted the customer service because my parcel was still not delivered, 4 weeks after having being shipped. The customer service replied very quickly and has reshipped the item immediately, without any question. I received the item in time for Christmas.

Most Important is after sale service and their customer care is superb.
I have bought several things from Banggood and they generally do a good job of customer service. I had the last shipment lost in the mail and they refunded the money without question. Recently I did buy a small K110 helicopter and some parts. The parts are currently back-ordered and that is not helpful because helicopters use parts or they don’t fly. I would prefer that I did not get the heli-if I did not also get the parts. But generally Banggood has been good to deal with.
