We had some problems with the develivy of the product. We’ve ordered an product in oktober 2015. It’s now januari 2016, and my order is missed. I asked at the postoffice in our village to find my product, but he was still missed.
After that, I had some contact with the customer service by mail. The person who helped me was Caroline. After some mailings she has make a decision to send me a new order. I hope I can see soon my order.

Hi,i must said that this company is very attentive for their customers.Their managers/i have bussiness with Tony/ do all the best to quick prepair for shipping items and even if problems are occured they try to solve them.Only one comment is that they send goods with the aid of the Swedish-mail service – and therefore delivery time is month/it may be cheap service but i suggest for example singapoure post//And the second–they send parcels without factory box.I advise to buy in this comppany.
i contact banggood support with email and say my issue about of my rc helicopter wltoy v977 and explain my problem that getting out of control and turn fast in the air and like tail get out of control.i attach pic of my product and customer service very fast answered to me several time and said problem is for receiver board & they are sending me a replacement with air parcel register and tracking number and ship it in 1-2 day for me without any cost.it is on the way now i recommend banggood web store highly .every product is like them said & in time delivered always and sooner than they said in send condition.
in another email i receive my tracking number and i am very happy to know and find this Fine web store.
