I contacted Banggood regarding a defect on my MJX x600 Copter. It had a defect the customer service was prompt responding. I emailed them a couple times back-and-forth with an explanation of the defect. They are sending me a replacement. They have excellent customer service I recommend them highly. Now I only have to wait for my new copter. Thank you, Banggood.

this order contained defective brush-less motors. It was functional but had symptoms of a motor on the brink of failing. I simply messaged Banggood regarding my situation, in which they then asked me to provide a video describing the situation. I uploaded the video showing my issue and replied back to customer service with a link to the video. This is just another experience in which Banggood has kept me happy. Yes, it would have been much better if the product was not defective in the first place, but this is something that is unforeseen, and could have happened to any company. It is the way in which a company deals with its problems, that separate the good from the great companies. In my book, Banggood is a great company, and I look forward to continually shop here for a very long time. 🙂

I am pleased with the service offered by Banggood. When there was a problem, it was always resolved to my satisfaction.
One of the most important thing is their customer service is working properly, you can get your response quickly with solutions and website questions also getting answered (not as quick as customer service).
I have received my items and they are working properly.
Dispatch time is sometimes delaying due to the busy season or festivals.
Packaging is also better than many other websites.

I ordered a Smart Balance Board and a tote bag for the board. I received the items within a few days. My daughter was super excited to see them under the tree for Christmas. Banggood has excellent customer service and fast email response. I got a great deal on the items and I was even able to use a coupon to reduce my total. 🙂 I recommend them and will not hesitate to shop with them again.
