Great store and more great service
The product is arrived in two weeks (Italy) and the packging is OK. The only exception is the charger for batteries : it doesn’t function and I’ve a problem because I haven’t another battery charger.
The 7” screen is scratched but it function. The multi rotor is perfect and the radio too.

I ordered some items but only the battery gave an issue. They bare the half of the cost and agreed to refund it. But I suggest there should be a method of settle the amount from the next order without refunding.

I ordered a drone eachine h8 mini. It was really good looking and cheap quad-copter. It has take more than a month to arrive, but maybe this is may country’s post office fault. The drone flight well and when one of the 4 motors stopped to work they quickly respond me and send me a new motor!
Bought two Eachine H8 mini quadcopters and one had a faulty remote. After sending an e-mail, they sent a replacement unit at no additional cost. Very satisfied both with the product and the customer service.
Suite has a small control problem, has reacted very quickly banggood , thank you for the seriousness of the service after sale.
