I contacted BangGood because I was concerned that my goods had been lost in transit. Caroline in Customer Support was very helpful & quickly replied to my emails. She also arranged for the goods to be resent. The way in which my issue was dealt with gives me great confidence & I will be happy to use BangGood again & again.

I ordered this product for Christmas 6 weeks before. When it didn’t arrive after 4 weeks, we traced it to a warehouse in LA (I am in Sydney). The team at Banggood put in extra effort to make sure I received it before Christmas, which I did – by 1 day. At all times were they courteous and helpful, always responding to my emails within 12 hours.
First order didn’t arrive after 6 weeks.
Afer one mail regarding the problem the order was sent again and received within 3 weeks.

Ordered a tablet and a keyboard. The package was very well protected (banggood uses their own packaging if the original packaging is not protective enough) and was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunatly the keyboard did not work. I contacted the support and they suggested to send me a replacement. Good stuff!
