service is good as long as you claim your warranty within 3 months. after that your on your own.
quality of the products is on par with the price but broken stuff is resent easily after sending them a vid of the faulty product. email reply is usually within a day.

we have buy 2 tablet androis (one me , one my brother)
mine was imeddiatelly defective, the fist aftersales was a small hard because the receive the parcel but probably not know they receive it.
after some email (i was i small boring always repeat same thing) they finally solve the problem and back a new tablet of my choice (i pay difference price more allright).
The second aftersales was for same tablet model but of my brother, send in aftersales some month after buy.
this time all was good and speed, and really happy about a perfect aftersale.
First 3/5 but beacuse second was perfect i put 5/5.
Today is really hard to have good aftersalle, congrats to bangood!
You order one day. They ship right out. Any problems, send an email and they are on it right away. Awesome. Will order again and again
Fine shop, good prices and good service. I bought a little helicopter but the transmitter was wrong. This was quickly resolved , and I hope getting it fast.

Узнав, что товар снова не пришел мне тут же предложили возместить стоимость, или отправить повторно, я выбрал отправить повторно, через месяц товар пришел. I’ve ordered with BG about 5 times now. The shipping isn’t the fastest, but it’s also free on everything I’ve ordered and it’s amazing how something local might be $20 but on BG it’s $3. Totally worth the wait. Recently, I placed a larger order ($$$) and found that the price on the item dropped by $14 the day after I bought it. A little bit frustrated, I emailed customer support asking if I could cancel my original order and buy the item at the cheaper price. To my amazement, they went ahead and just gave me the $14. Totally hassle-free and it really impressed me. Going by this CS experience, I can say that BG is a great online merchant. I’m definitely going to order again!
