had been a customer for banggood for years already buying some RC stuff, I got this hubsan x4 mini drone and it flies great, however I thought to have mode2 to transmitter but got the mode1, got hard time controlling it since I am a mode2 usesr, hoping anyone in here help me teach how to make it to mode2 by opening the remote? not just the options they have I want the stickiness of the left stick to be transferred to the right,..but all in all having transaction with bangood was all good!

I got an issue with the order as motors had only CW adapters but after a few days of email exchange banggood reimbursed partially the order. It should be enough to purchase the right adapters locally.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from BangGood. Damage that occurred during shipping was resolved with a refund.
One thing that BangGood could make clearer is what happens when items are out of stock. I had 10 (stocked) items on my order but stock levels changed rapidly and they were never all in stock at the same time, so it didn’t look like the order would ever get shipped. In the end BangGood customer service suggested splitting the order, into three separate orders and this turned out to be the solution to the problem, but the process has taken a long time.
I,ve bought several electronics modules from Banggoood. I’m always pleased with the price, quality and delivery times. The staff are a pleasure to deal with if a problem arises. Whenever I’m after modules etc I always checkout Banggood first.
