My order took some time to arrive but arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately the packaging was insufficient and both items received some damage to the box they were in and one item was slightly damaged but not broken. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly requesting some photos which I sent. They promptly replied again with an over to refund the monies for the damaged item.
Overall despite the unfortunate damage I am extremely satisfied with the service and resolution and would recommend them.
I ordered on banggood product, the next day the product was sent to me in Russia, delivery times missed, but when you receive the item, it turned out that the product is not the same that I ordered, I contacted customer service, described my problem, the next day I received a letter with a request to send them a photo of the parcel and its contents, which I did, a day later received a letter of apology and a promise to send my product again as soon as possible, very happy with their service and glad that I did not leave my problem unattended.
Very happy with this company. Good value, fast and reliable.
I’ve had a couple of issues with products from bang good but then I order from them a lot and it is Christmas time so it’s inevitable that I came across some problems at least once!
Despite my concerns of the company being China based and thus their might be some language difficulty with customer service, I was pleasantly surprised: there were no issues, support got back to me very swiftly and the problem was solved within two days. I was very pleased with the service and certainly doesn’t put me off too much having the problems in the first place because of how well the company dealt with it!
