I regularly buy from Banggood and I am rarely disappointed. But I know that they have the best customer service and they always fix even the smallest problem fast and effective. Over-all I have never regretted ordering from them (15+ orders).
Bestellung aus dem Herkunftsland der Ware (eine SKMEI-Uhr) über eine chinesische Ecommerce-Plattform ist für europäische Endkunden vielleicht etwas ungewohnt – doch diese Firma Banggood macht es dem Kunden leicht: 1.unproblematische Zahlung (PayPal) 2.Wahl der Lieferzeit -schnell(AIR=2 Wochen) oder normal(Ship) 3.zuverlässige Lieferung 4. 1a Warenqualität. Zu einer Rückabwicklung bei Nichtgefallen oder Garantie-Fragen habe ich noch keine Erfahrungswerte, trotzdem würde ich wieder dort bestellen !
I had an issue with slight damage in delivery. Banggod worked on the problem quickly and made sure I was happy with the outcome. They compensated me for inconvenience and were always friendly and courteous in all the correspondence. I would easily recommend them for online purchases

Super Onlineshop, meist ohne, oder nur mit sehr tiefen Versandkosten. Wenn mal was nicht in Ordnung wurde ich Entschädigt oder es wurde ein Ersatz gesendet. Bei den Kleidern kann ich Grundsätzlich empfehlen immer eine Nummer grösser zu bestellen damit sie passen. Sonst alles Tip Top. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! coole Sache.

Not only because they have realy good price but mostly because the service is way better than every other site i used to order from. They are quick for fixing problems and for me, it’s the most important thing when i shop over the web. Realy, i dont go shop else where since i found Banggood.

It will be about six months that I discovered that web, and I’m extremely happy for that. Amazing products, amazing prices, and a very good customer service. I had a problem with an order that arrived defective, I sent to them and email with pics of the product, and they decided to send me another one for free, in less that 2 weeks.

Places like Europe and America have warehouses in the erea and that means if u want ur stuff delivered quick and cheap you can pay around a couple of bucks and they will deliver it within a week! Unfortunately there are no warehouses in the middle east apparently because I don’t have that option but hope i wil in the future:)
