Product (quadcopter) was less than advertised (radio signal distance was less than advertised). Shipping of replacement part (first one quit working within one hour of service, second one was so ill-packaged it was destroyed in shipment, final one was 4 months in delivery) was tremendous disappointment.
I have bought LOTS of things from Banggood.com and can definitely recommend them. I have had two problems with my orders (out of several dozens of orders), and they took care of them immediately and to my satisfaction.
