I recently bought a second lipo battery alarm / voltage tester from Banggood. I had previously bought the same alarm from Banggood and it works fine. However this second alarm was reading about 0.1 volts too low on the third cell compared to the first alarm, such that I couldn’t use it on my quadcopters. When I explained the problem by video, Bangood refunded my money. I felt this was fair and will deal with them again in the future.

Product quality and followup service is quite reliable.
I order very often on banggood, products are very inexpensive and the quality is often good (check the review of the product before buying).
If you get unlucky and receive and damage product, most of the time they will do what they can to arrange the situation.

Shipping via countries we know that can not be selected, but I want good stop somehow via Northern Europe.

My banjo arrived pretty battered due to inadequate packaging, the head was all punctured. When I told Banggood cs they responded quickly and tried to get a replacement from their supplier – no joy – so the agent authorised me to buy one from ebay and as long as I was happy to fit it myself they would pay. Actually they offered to pay a proper repairer to do it but I like these job. New part ordered from UK, full cost of part refunded. very happy.
BANGGOOD is excellent place for buying stuff. I really do not worry if something arrives damaged or not working because BG resolves the problem very quickly and without any problems.
