As usual from China, it took a while for the (split) order to arrive. Unfortunately, the flashlight was inop. Customer Service required a video of the flashlight not working (!?!) but quickly replaced the defective unit after receiving the video. Very good prices, free shipping on decent products throughout their website.
Banggood is absolutely great! Extremely fast processing time and also delivery. Costumer service is really nice and answer your questions very fast. And of course very encouraging prices. Totally recommend!

Good site, Good customer service and products
The products we ordered were true to their description. It took a while to arrive and when they did 2 of them were damaged. I contacted the seller and they replaced the items free of charge and in a very timely manner. Customer service was awesome. I will order from them again.
I’m still waiting for my order to come, but I have to say that although there has been a little problem with my adress, Banggood’s service was very nice and helpfull.
I’m really looking forward to getting the products that i’ve ordered!!
The product which I received was faulty, however the friendly and quick customer services delivered me another one, free of charge within a few days. Great customer service, will deal again!

Over the last three months I have placed several orders at Banggood. Easy payment by PayPal and I am satisfied by the products.
The only disadvantage I can think of so far is the shipping process. There is no possibility to track the orders between China and Europe and it takes between two and three weeks for delivery. But I can’t complain because shipment is free!
On one item I had to contact customer service (a small component had been broken of a PCB during transport). A few emails and customer service replaced it for a new item (that was a little bit more expensive) for free!

One of item came broken (cost 50$). After 2 days they reshipped new product! Great seller. I will do more buisness with banggood!
I have been shopping on BangGood before, I will again.
On the last shipment there was a problem with packaging that most likely lead to a damaged product. Banggood acknowledged the problem and offered a replacement right away.

Bon contact, réactivité satisfaisante du service client. 1 produit n’était malheureusement plus en stock, et tout de suite “Poppy” du service client m’a proposé un remboursement ou une pré-commande, j’ai choisi le remboursement, et celui-ci fut effectué en 2 jours. Je pense sérieusement travailler avec eux pour mon e-commerce.
Après avoir passé plus de 50 commandes, à aucun moment je n’ai trouvé à redire à BANDGOOD. Toutes mes commandes ont été livrées, sauf une que BANDGOOD me retourne. je conseille cette société qui a de très bon produits, pas cher, et un service après vente performent. Bravo BANDGOOD!!!
