I have placed many orders over the last few months. The orders normally arrive in 2-3wks to the mid west in the US. The prices and product selection are the best on the internet. I had a minor issue with one product which customer support handled. Customer support also refunded me a price difference after the price was reduced. Emails are returned in a timely manner. Excellent site, very large selection and very good prices. I really like the choice of ordering from their China warehouse or from US warehouse for a small additional price. Tracking is good on most items a few are not tracked well but everything I’ve ordered arrived within the estimate time provided before I ordered the item so I was able to choose if I wanted to pay for expedited shipping or not. Customer Service is excellent, fast and accurate. They have quickly answered all my questions before and after the sale. Not had to return anything which in my mind is a good thing.
