I just bought some of mini drones and parts and i had little issue but BangGood team solve the matter and response right away.
I really appreciate for their fast response rather than fixing problems i could able to see their intention to solve the matter.
although i could only able to send by EMS so i think it will be much better if i could have other shipping option such as DHL or UPS.
Other than that BangGood is Super for me !

Got more than 180 completed orders from BG. For some items they have the best prices. If an item is defective, it gets replaced, I can order with confidence. Absolutely recommended.

Banggood is so far the best shop with the best Customer Care. They always help or replace DOA items. I just keep up ordering from them as they have very good prices and discounts.
Amazon like but Chinese way. I really like Banggood. You have good quality products and plus, (compared to some other websites like Aliexpress) you can be sure to get a genuine and working item. If by hazard you get a defective item, the BG team will be nice with you, offering you a solution. Furthermore, some people only swear by Paypal and BG offers Paypal as mean of Payment. It has been now a year I have been buying there and I can honestly recommend them!
I bought a Large LED clock kit (Blue) from Bang Good and I successfully built it and all was well for a few weeks but then a Led failed so I replaced and all was well again. However, a week or so later more LEDs failed so I replaced them. To cut a long story short Customer Services have been brilliant. Following their advice I replaced the 74138 chip (which they paid for) after further LED failures – this didn’t fix the problem so Customer Services are replacing the whole kit. How good is that? – Brilliant.
Received a failed item (Li-Po battery) but got a perfectly working new item in reasonable time at no cost; customer service helped a lot in the process and the result is a satisfield customer that will buy again. Thank you BG.
