I have been buying products from Banggood for about two and half years now. I bought from cell phones to electronics and motorcycles parts. Their Customer Service has been excellent. I had a problem tracking delivery once, and they were very helpful sending me the tracking number and current status of my purchase. The delivering time in Brazil is about two months, mostly by Brazilian customs service time.
Once again Banggood have come through. Bought an FPV camera that had a fault (It may have got damaged in the post as they are quite delicate and China is half way round the world, plus we all know how caring the postal service is of our parcels ;p) and they replaced it almost immediately. A lot of UK online shops could learn from them. Thank you Banggood

I have been buying products from Banggood for about a year (mostly RC hobby and electronics) equipment. Their Customer Service has been excellent, even more than you could expect. They have sent me a replacement quadcopter when my initial purchase stopped working correctly. You do have to send them a video showing the problem, just describing it is not enough. But it is simple enough to do with a cellphone, and their response is fast and very generous. I have also had a problem tracking delivery once, and they were very helpful sending me the tracking number and current status of my purchase. Most of the time there are no issues, but whenever I have needed help, their response has always been polite, efficient, and more than fair. I did have some initial concerns that getting products from China to the USA might encounter problems that would not get good support, but just the opposite has been the case. I look forward to doing a lot more business with Banggood, and the excellent Customer Service support.

Comprei um hcp100s na banggood, apesar De demorar dois meses pra chegar, culpa da dobradinha receita e correios brasileiros, o pacote chegou em boas condições.
Infelizmente ao realizar testes pré vôo constatei que o motor de cauda não girava. Imediatamente contarei a banggood via email, no qual enviei um video do problema. Gentilmente o Sr Burt ofereceu a solução de enviar um motor novo para concertar o problema.
