I recently purchased a quadcopter from Banggood and was concerned about support from a company so far away. I quickly learned that they are a reliable and great company to deal with. The product shipped on time as promised and the customer support has been excellent! I highly recommend dealing with this company and love the fact that they stand behind the products that they sell!
There happened a miscommunication with the post office for my order. When I told about it to customer service, they were very caring and they directly gave me refund for my undelivered order from last year.
