Over the last year since I discovered Banggood I have made countless purchases. I’ve never had a problem dealing with them and the customer service answers my questions with such courtesy. Because this isn’t a retail store I was initially nervous about purchasing from them, however they have shown me that they will support any concerns or question; sometimes better than some retail stores!
Here’s the deal thought. Faulty products are going to happen, they don’t make them. So tell them your problem (not in a bad review) and follow their instructions. They’ve never let me down.

I have been buying a lot from china, quadcopters most of all, I tried many stores, all they were fine, but I finally found banggood. This is not a good store, is an amazing store! It’s excellent, they service it’s awesome, I really enjoy buying things from banggood, all my purchases always came in perfect shape. I recently had troubles with a quadcopter, fast and kindly, banggood contacted me to help, and they resolved it. Feel free to buy with them, you will never be disappointed with your purchase.
