Good service, I give four stars because the item I ordered went out of stock but they were able to re-stock after two weeks. The service is cooperative and they reply to your questions or requests For the money, the purchase i did was really bang on the bucks compared to… other sites. Highly recommended and i will for sure make a purchase again!.
I placed this order with a coupon code that valid according to my time zone but expired in Banggood time zone. Customer service will compensated me to make up for difference. I found that Banggood appears to use the Hong Kong time zone as the basis of their coupon code expiry dates not the customer’s local time zone so plan your ordering with coupon codes based on Hong Kong time not your own.

Great costumer and after sales service . I’ve shopped several times from there (mobiles ,tablets, gadgets etc.) with no problems. But also when i faced a problem they quickly gave the best solution for me.Very happy to do business with them .
Pathetic experience i had.
They did not deliver even after 3 months. when asked for refund, they made it to paypal. I did not claim the money and it was returned to them. these people have eaten up the money and not at al cooperative.

I already ordered several items on this site and everything was delivered after 3 or 4 weeks. Last time i ordered i did not receive the second packet. After a few mails back and forth they send me the packet again, without extra costs. After a few weeks I received that packet.
This is what I call an excellent service.
I definitely recommend this web-shop to anyone and will order again. The prices are the best and the quality is as described.

Wide variety of products Chinese quality, but very inexpensive prices. Takes a really really long time to arrive here in USA.
Return, you must pay postage. That can be more expensive than the product!
