I have been a regular shopper at banggood and every experience has been beyond a pleasure. The quality of goods, the packaging and most important the service is a benchmark for all other online merchants and retailers to emulate and follow
Of all the many good experiences, one that i would like to point out is the experience on a recent order where due to unforeseen circumstances and 3rd party mess up of the post, an order of mine did not arrive. Having not received it, i send a mail to Banggood about it and i was surprised that within 12hours i was given a solution to my problem. The amount i paid was agreed to be refunded to my account and in all good faith that if i receive the product in the near future, i would intimate and pay for it as agreed.
This warm gesture has won me over and this is escatly the human touch we need in this world of online shopping where many say that the personal touch and relationship between the merchant and customer do not exist. I now beg to differ.. The online experience i had with Banggood has taught me otherwise.
