I’m totally impressed by their customer service agent manning queries. I’ve bought alot of items from them and had to deal with 2 faulty purchases and their support was second to none. Previously I used to use another site for my e-shopping needs but the experience wasn’t anything like Banggood. For one, you deal with the merchant direct and most time they are very difficult to deal with and event when provided with video evidence, they still wants further test. I have not shop with them for a while unless there are things that I cannot find on Banggood. Secondly, their price is AWESOME! With all the flash sales and promotion, i am a very happy shopper on their site! Please keep up the good support, great pricing and awesome sales/promotion. Just curious if we can request them to source for items which we cannot find. Otherwise it’s a great site for me!

After having ordered many times before at banggood without problems, i had to get in contact with support because a wrong option of an item was delivered. the support was very friendly und helpful, responded always in less than 24h and found a very acceptable solution for the problem.
one minor idea for improvement would be the possibility to pay via bitcoin.
i would order at banggood again anytime.

An item did not arrive after an extended period of time. Banggood resent the item as soon as they were informed. This policy is fair and true to a commitment to Customer service.

Banggood.com is very good and responsive online shop. Specifity of this store is that when being a some problem with order they going on the contact with customer. Employees are very polite! Way to go!
I have been using Banggood for few years and always had good customer service. When I recently received defective Xmas lights (one LED bulb was not working), they quickly sent the item again (even if it was low value, they used tracked mail service!). Banggood uses Paypal as one of options for payments which is also great – as well as their prices! There is also good search engine on their website. I would recommend them without reservations!

Received a wrong product which was defect. After contacting Banggood we first tried to contact the supplier who’s made the mistake. After they did not replied Banggood sent me a new one. Great service!
