Banggood has been outstanding in their products and customer service. When a helicopter I ordered had a defective motor, Banggood was able to diagnose the problem and send out the fix in a very timely manner. They were quick to respond and answered my emails the same day. I will definitely continue to purchase products from them knowing that they stand behind what they sell.

J’ai eu un gros problème avec une radiocommande Walkera, qui a causé la perte de 2 de mes avions. Je travaille depuis pas mal de temps avec BangGood et je dois dire qu’ils ne m’ont jamais laissé tomber! Un quadcopter défectueux m’a été remboursé, et maintenant, j’ai renvoyé la radiocommande hier et la nouvelle est partie aujourd’hui de chez eux. Et ils me remboursent les frais d’expédition en Chine! Je ne peux que me louer des services de BangGood: c’est une maison sérieuse, les prix sont des plus intéressants et j’ai toujours eu quelqu’un à mon écoute quand il y a un problème!

Original order was shipped with some products missing. Contacted customer service who resolved the issue very quickly. I have used banggood many time and this was the fist time this has happened and I would definitely use them again.
