One Item was very slow to arrive, My order did not include tracking, but Caroline in Customer Service found the tracking information and I was able to go to the post office and get my package.

el servicio de entrega es óptimo. Llegó mi pedido (una batería de smartphone) y no funcionaba. Por mail, expliqué lo que pasaba y me indicaron cómo hacerles llegar la información. Una vez corroboraron que, efectivamente, no funcionaba, me preguntaron qué quería: devolución del dinero o reenvío de otra batería. Opté por una nueva batería y llegó rápido. Y funciona correctamente.
